Budget Umrah Package

Umrah visas are issued by the Saudi consulate and may take 7–15 working days. Mubarak Hajj & Umrah handles all visa documentation. The visa is single-entry for Umrah purposes only and is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Ensure all documents are submitted at least 3 weeks before travel. Visa refusals due to incorrect documents are not our liability.

Cancellation 60+ days before: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee. 30–60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund. Cancellations due to visa refusal will be assessed case-by-case. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Children below 5 years travel free (without an own seat). Children aged 5–12 receive a discounted fare as listed in our pricing. Children above 12 years are charged adult rates. All children must hold their own passport and visa. Parents are responsible for their children's documents and behaviour during the tour.

Rooms are assigned based on booking category (Quad/Triple/Double). Single travellers may be paired with same-gender pilgrims of similar age. Family rooms (husband, wife, children) can be arranged on request. Mubarak Hajj reserves the right to adjust room allocations as per hotel availability. Upgrades are available at additional cost.

A booking deposit of ₹15,000 per person is required to confirm your seat. The balance must be paid 45 days before departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or through our secure WooCommerce checkout. EMI options available for select banks. Receipts will be issued within 24 hours of each payment.
