Notes & Terms
Term 01: ₹19,999 booking amount per person.
Term 02: 50% of the remaining balance is required before proceeding with the visa process.
Term 03: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the visa, insurance, and hotel vouchers.
* We only accept bank transfers, NEFT, and RTGS. We don't deal in cash.
This is a Semi Deluxe Package and excludes luxury amenities. Standard rooms accommodate 04 to 05 pilgrims per room. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Cleaners clean the rooms every 2 to 3 days.
Meal timings are fixed and must be strictly followed:
- Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
- Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
- Dinner: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
* Note: Drinking water is available only in the mess area.
Booking deposits and packages are completely non-refundable. No refunds are available for immigration denials or changing COVID guidelines. Airline cancellation and flight change fees apply as per airline policy, and we are not liable for these charges.
