Notes & Terms
01 Term: 50% is the booking amount per person, for tickets & visa issuance.
02 Term: Before proceeding with the Hotel Booking process, 30% payment is required to clear off the remaining balance after the booking amount.
03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the tickets, visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
* We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT, and RTGS. We don't deal in cash.
This Delight package includes 300m - 400m close stays in Mecca and 150m - 200m stays in Medina. Standard rooms accommodate 2 to 4 guests depending on the sharing option booked. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Cleaners clean the rooms every 2 to 3 days. Standard hotel amenities do not include towels or buckets.
Meals: Meals are completely excluded from this package. Pilgrims are responsible for their own dining arrangements.
Laundry: Laundry service is accessible twice in Makkah and once in Madinah, with a limit of 4 pieces per person in Madinah.
Booking payments and packages are strictly non-refundable under all cancellation circumstances, including denied immigration clearances or changing COVID guidelines. Airline cancellation and date change fees apply as per airline policy, and we are not liable for these charges. There are no refunds for unutilized or unused services during tours.

No, meals are not included in this package. You have the flexibility to eat at any restaurant or local diner near your hotel accommodations in Mecca and Medina.
In Makkah, stay is at Nawarat Al Shams-03, Rehab Al Taqwa, or Zallal Nazla (300-400 meters from Haram Sharif). In Madinah, stay is at Bir Al Eiman, Rama Madina, or Marjan International (150-200 meters from Masjid Nabawi). If designated hotels are unavailable, equivalent quality stays at the same distance will be provided.
The permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included in the package. Pilgrims can easily obtain it directly using the Saudi government's NUSUK app.
