Notes & Terms
01 Term: ₹19,999 booking amount per person.
02 Term: Before proceeding with the visa process, clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
* We only accept bank transfers, NEFT, and RTGS. We don't deal in cash.
This is a Budget Package and explicitly excludes luxury amenities. Standard rooms accommodate 05 to 06 pilgrims per room. Cleaners clean the rooms every 2 to 3 days. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Towels, buckets, and toiletries are not standard and not provided. Continuous shuttle bus services are operating to transport pilgrims to and from Haram Sharif and Masjid Nabawi.
Meal timings are fixed and must be strictly followed:
- Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
- Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
- Dinner: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
* Note: Drinking water is available only in the mess area. Ziyarat and meal timings must be adhered to.
Booking deposits and packages are completely non-refundable. No refunds are available for immigration denials or changing COVID guidelines. Airline cancellation and flight change fees apply as per airline policy, and we are not liable for these charges.
