Terms & Cancellation Policy
Once you book any tour or service with Talbiya Umrah, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- This Package excludes luxury amenities.
- A fully vaccinated person must present their vaccination certificate.
- Room services are not included; they vary depending on the hotel. Cleaning occurs every 2 to 3 days.
- Hotels in Mecca and Medina do not provide toiletries such as towels and buckets.
- Drinking water is available only in the mess. Ziyarat and meal timings are fixed and must be adhered to.
- Standard check-in time is 4 pm, with check-out set for 12 pm as per Saudi government rules.
- The permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included; pilgrims obtain it via the NUSUK app.
- If designated hotel is not available, equal-quality accommodation at an equal distance will be provided.
- Distance is measured from hotel boundaries to the Haram boundaries.
- Pilgrims needing a wheelchair should bring their own.
- Any changes in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure.
- Low-cost or budget airlines do not offer child fares.
- The grant of visas is at the sole discretion of the KSA embassy. We are not liable for rejection or delays.
- Visa fees are non-refundable. You will be accountable for cancellation fees associated with issued tickets.
- We are not accountable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations in flight schedules.
- If sharing transport is included, delays may occur at Jeddah Airport during heavy rush (Ramadan/Festivals).
- Extra seat requirements or luggage upgrades for private transport will incur extra charges.
- We are not responsible for passport or luggage loss or theft at airports.
- Ziyarats depend on Saudi Government regulations which can change or cancel certain routes.
- The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
- All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained.
- If denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, refunds cannot be claimed.
- Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow airline policy. Airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
- No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation or Ziyarats.
- Indian laws govern claims/disputes, and Delhi courts have the only jurisdiction.
